Privacy Policy

Effective 9 October 2026.

1. Who handles your request

Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Cost to Fly Private. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean that broker.

Cost to Fly Private is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft.

2. The details we record

  • Contact details: your name, email address and phone number.
  • Trip details: route, dates, passenger count, trip type and anything you write in the notes, such as pets or luggage.
  • How you found us: the referring page and campaign tags in the link you followed, for example utm_source or utm_campaign.

No payment card numbers are collected on this website, and we build no advertising profiles.

3. What we use them for

  • Replying with aircraft options and itemized prices for the trip you described.
  • Booking the flight you choose, which means passing passenger and trip details to the operating carrier.
  • Sending occasional cost notes or empty-leg offers, but only if you ticked the consent box. It starts unticked, and each message carries a way to stop them.

4. Who sees them

The operating carrier for your trip, and the service providers we rely on to quote and book it: the operator’s scheduling team, any ground transport or catering you ask for, and the email and hosting companies behind our request system. None of them gets more than its task requires. We do not sell personal information, and nobody receives it for their own marketing.

5. How long we keep them

Request and booking records stay on file while your trip is live and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting and legal rules require. Then they are deleted or anonymized.

6. Your choices and rights

You may ask for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected or have it deleted. For any of the three, reply to any email you receive from us or send a note through the quote form saying what you need. Residents of some states have further rights under local law, and we apply them when asked.

7. Cookies and analytics

Pages here set no cookies except any strictly required to serve them, and the site runs no analytics, advertising pixels or third-party trackers of any kind.

8. Protecting your data

Pages and requests travel over HTTPS, and only the people working on your trip can open your request. Please keep passport and card numbers out of the notes field.

9. Children

Cost to Fly Private is meant for adults booking travel, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. When minors fly, the adult making the booking supplies whatever the operator needs.

10. Updates

When this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new effective date.

Effective date: 9 October 2026.
